Where Every Player Is Part of the Family.

Program Overview

Player & Family Expectations

Program Overview

Baseball Brothers (10U–14U) is designed to give players the foundation they need to thrive at the high school level and beyond. This program emphasizes:

  • Fundamental skill development
  • Consistent practice and training habits
  • A positive, team-first culture where every player can grow

For the 2026 season, we are only forming 14U and 13U teams. By keeping the number of teams small, our coaches — Cody and Justin Sievers — can focus entirely on this committed group of players. This allows them to pour their energy and attention into developing every athlete in the program.

What’s Different?

Tryouts & Roster Invitations

Player & Family Expectations

This past season taught us that families often have different expectations about youth baseball. Some prioritize winning above all else. At Baseball Brothers, our focus is clear:

Develop players for the next level — and trust that winning will come as a result.

We’re intentionally keeping our teams small and highly committed so each player gets the reps, coaching, and attention they deserve.
